

Darron Dunn, promoted to chief service officer, will lead the strategy and operational management of the service business unit, which includes the delivery of compliance consulting, league services and audit and review services for the credit union industry. With ViClarity since June 2019, Dunn?s wide range of experience and demonstrated ability to align service, projects, training and operations around shared goals will facilitate continued client satisfaction.
In addition to Dunn, several other team members have been promoted in key areas of the business.
Carrie Helmle�becomes director of audit services. She is an experienced leader and trusted advisor to clients in addressing audit needs. Her knowledge of financial regulations and industry best practices has been instrumental in proactively identifying gaps to improve overall operations.

Jovilyn Herrick�has been promoted to senior director of client solutions where she manages strategic negotiation and relationship nurturing. Herrick will lead the client solutions team in uncovering client needs and promoting the full range of products and services ViClarity offers. Within her new role, she will drive execution of plans to deliver an on-brand, exceptional client experience, striving to capture greater market share because of her efforts.

Chuck Uguccini�will step into the manager of compliance advisor services role. Uguccini is a proven risk and compliance leader in financial services whose skillset encompasses negotiation, consumer lending and business planning, among other subject matter expertise.

ViClarity also has promoted�Tracy Fitzgerald�to head of product management. Fitzgerald has more than nine years with ViClarity. During her time at the company, she has earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, as well as played an integral role in the development and continuous enhancement of ViClarity?s software platform and features.

Shane Corcoran�has been promoted to head of customer success. Corcoran?s deep understanding of industry trends, best practices and needs of a global customer base will help him lead the team in ensuring the best possible experience with the ViClarity platform. With more than five years of international sales experience, he is well-equipped to demonstrate the platform?s range of benefits, which include eliminating manual processes and improving efficiency for ViClarity clients.
